The Annual EEA Grants report for the period of 2008-2009 is now available.
The Norwegian Cooperation Programme with Bulgaria and Romania for economic growth and sustainable development (Norway Grants) is set up as a bilateral cooperation programme. The state owned company Innovation Norway is responsible for the administration of the Norwegian Cooperation Programme. The activities during the reported period (from May 2008 to April 2009) were mainly focused on finalisation of the decision making process towards grants’ commitment, capacity building and strengthening of administration of the two financial instruments in the frame of the EEA mechanism.

In addition, the EEA and Norway Grants status report 2009 highlights the main
