На 28 юли 2010 г. беше подписан нов договор между страните-членки на Европейското икономическо пространство (ЕИП) и Европейския съюз за периода 2009-2014. Съгласно договора, Норвегия ще отпусне близо 15 милиарда норвежки крони по проекти, чиято основна цел е намаляване на социалните и икономически различия в Европа.

Thursday the 24.06 the Norwegian Ambassador, Tove Skarstein had the great honor of opening a double exhibition, with the Norwegian artist Ronny Bank and the Bulgarian artist Stojan Minev. The exhibition Minev/Bank will be open to the public for viewing in the National Art Gallery in Sofia until 28.07.
